If one of our qualified engineers finds that a part needs replacing, we’ll arrange for the replacement part to be sent to the original delivery address of your equipment, free of charge. To keep your warranty valid, all checks and repairs must be carried out by a qualified engineer.

Please keep in mind:

  • The cost of the engineer’s visit, diagnosis, and fitting of parts is not included in this warranty and will need to be covered by you.
  • In some cases, the faulty part may need to be returned to the manufacturer. Any return costs will be your responsibility.
